What Does Little Red Spots In Stomach From Endoscopy Result Signify?

I had an endoscopy a few days ago, it revealed I had little red spots in my stomach - My Dr didn t have an answer of what it is - he biopsied, now we wait. I have been trying to look up on line what they could be and all that comes up is cancer..... Does anyone know what this might be??

Hello,
Little red spots could be gastritis, arteriovenous mal formations, hemangiomas, petechiae ( blood on the inner lining) and several different things
Inf you upload a photograph, it might help to narrow down the diagnosis
