What Does Itchy Rash On Body After Stopping Atarax Suggest?

Mi daughter had cough so the doctor prescribed mega CV but after 10ml dose she developed acute urtricaria then she gave atarax and changed to histafree after using it for 1 week the full course as per the directions I stopped then after a day a mild rash appeared what s the cause with itching but the intensity was less this time kinfky suggest something

Hi,

Use calamine lotion, and if Atarax is not working then tab Levocetirizine can be taken. You should tell before going to any doctor that you are allergic to Penicillin or some skin test sensitization can tell the exact cause! Eat fruits, juices, lots of water, antioxidants, multivitamin for a week. An immunologist can be chosen for an appointment.
