Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The report is perfectly okay. In the absence of clinical symptoms of loose motion there seems to be no case for concern. Pus cells less than 5 can occasionally be seen in normal babies.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
