Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

It is unclear if you are taking tamoxifen for your breast cancer. Tamoxifen is a nonsteroidal anti-oestrogen with gynaecological side-effects. Only recently, ovarian cyst formation during tamoxifen treatment has been reported. You may discuss the ovarian complex cyst with your gynecologist. Further follow up might be required on a regular basis. Most cysts in ovary are benign.
