What Does Hickeys-like Rashes On Neck And Chest Indicate?

Hi, my sister is having weird hickeys-like marks on her neck and another one close to her chest.. I have been searching on internet and still have no idea what she has.. She says it doesn t itch and it doesn t hurt neither.. Any help please?.. I know you guys are busy, and this website doesn t work for free.. But I can t afford it.. may someone please give me an idea to start with? I m really worry about my sister.. My e-mail is YYYY@YYYY , really appreciate your help

The rash sound like dermatitis which is inflammation of the skin , most commonly as a reaction to an allergen.

It could be something taken orally or some agent that came in contact with the skin.

It may be best for her to see her doctor so that the exact cause can be found.
