What Does Heart Palpations, Shortness Of Breathe And Muscle Weakness Suggest?

I have been having heart palpations, shortness of breathe, muscle weakness in lower extemities, chest discomfort, a rash, sinus problems since November. Saw allergist, cardiologist, Ent. Some symptoms better with anitobic, steroid and nasal spray/ inhaler. Could it be a autoimmune disease? Because what bothering me the most is the constant cracking of my sinus, daily palpations and chest discomfort with muscle weakness. I had a baby last year and exposure to mold as well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it could be acute sinusitis and the palpitations can be secondary to antibiotics or anti histamines used to treat it however thyroid profile and X-ray PNS as well as an otolaryngologist review should be sought.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
