General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This issue suggests possible respiratory infection with GI involvement.

Guidelines at present:
-consume more liquids
-prefer a bland vegan diet
-avoid exposure to heavy cold outside and avoid air conditioner at home
-deep breathing exercises, karvol capsule inhalations.

Consult your doc and get prescription of antipyretic, PPI, antibiotic which will cover both types of infected systems, decongestants, and other supportive care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
