General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Headaches dizziness, chest pain may happen from a lack of oxygen to your brain and other tissues combined with too much carbon dioxide.

A disease which can cause this condition is chronic obstructive airways disease or COPD.

Detailed Answer: When dizziness, chest pain, headache and cough happen at the same time they are usually unrelated, though some conditions can cause both symptoms, like from a lack of oxygen to your brain.

Smoking is the most common cause of COPD. COPD is a chronic lung disease that makes breathing difficult. It often takes many years to develop.

People who have emphysema often have a chronic cough, and chest tightness.

COPD is linked to a condition called hypoxia which occurs when your blood doesn’t have enough oxygen. This overworks your heart and slows down tissue functions.

It's important to treat the condition to prevent complications. If you have COPD hypoxia, you'll need lifelong treatment to prevent complications of oxygen deprivation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
