Hi Doctor,LMP: 2/6/2014 GA: 6 Weeks, EDD: 9/3/2015My OS report says Gravid uterus shows single intrauterine irregular margined, Partially collapsed gestational sac with yolk sac within it.No fetal pole or cardiac activity present. Internal os is closed.MSD: 9mm @ 5 weeks 5 Days.

The ultrasound report mentions the presence of a pregnancy in the cavity of uterus. The gestational sac is earliest sign of pregnancy. By measurement it is 5 mm which is the size at 5 weeks 5 days and this is coinciding with 6 weeks from last menstrual period date. You may wait and get scan repeated after 15 days because the heart beat is still not seen and in most patients it will be seen only after 7 to 8 weeks.
