What Does Foul Body Odour Indicate?

My boyfriend constantly accuses me of cheating. My boyfriend tells me all the time that I smell like sex. My co-worker made a comment to me one day and she said: What Is That Body Odor? Do you smell that? My son got in my car one night and he asked me: Ma, do you smell that? What is that smell? So I asked my son what did it smell like to him? He said Ma.....it smells like BOOTY in here......Well, I have been having episodes where I can not hold what looks to be urine...but does not smell like urine. My periods has been a foul odor. I bleed longer than I should. Well, I went to an OBGYN....only to find out that I have a cyst on my left ovay, a fibroid tumor inside my uterus( size 4 cm) & it is pressing on my bladder.....I am still waiting on test results on any std s.......What could be making me smell like I have just had sex? What would make my son say that my car smells like booty? And my co worker ask: do I smell that body odor?

The foul body odor seems to be due to the clear vaginal discharge (may be incontinence of urine from compressed bladder) and foul smelling menstrual bleeding. If you have excessive sweating from the aliments (fibroid, ovarian cyst, possible infected vaginal discharge or possible inflammation of inner lining of uterus) with or without fever, then that also can cause foul body odor. The sweat skin rash is secondarily caused by bacteria. You should consult gynecologist/skin specialist in this concern.
