What Does Fever Along With Runny Nose And Vomiting Indicate?

My husband is 70 years old. Has COPD, a pacemaker, A fib and diabetes. He has been achy, weak runny nose, General cold or flu symptoms a temp. over 101 now vomiting. The last time he vomited it had a brownish tint to it. Is this a major concern or is it something that I can call doctor tomorrow?y
