Hello and welcome to HCM,

The physical characteristics of stool analysis shows that coloris within normal limits.
The loose consistency suggests that your daughter is suffering from diarrhea.
Absence of parasites and amoeba rules out possibility of parasitic infection.
The white blood cells are seen in cases of infection, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), abscess or fistula.
However WBCs of 0-1/ hpf is low to suggest any IBD or abscess.
Infection is the most probable possibility.

Presence of red blood cells in stools suggests bleeding at any site of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
A number of 0-1 /hpf is again small number to suggest any frank bleeding.
However red blood cells can be present in case if infection called bacillary dysentery.
Presence of few fat globules does not signify any abnormality.

Thus, infection is the most probable cause of diarrhea.
A clinical correlation is required for correct diagnosis and thus management.

Thanks and take care
