General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Since you are experiencing excessive sweating and fatigue while exerting, coronary artery disease is an important concern. EKG needs to be done as initial evaluation. If EKG does not show up anything, then stress EKG followed by angiogram is indicated. So please be advised to follow up with your primary care to undergo EKG testing.
