What Does Dizziness Followed By Fainting Indicate?

last week, I was walking into my kitchen to make dinner and I suddenly felt weak and dizzy. I even had a short sweat. It lasted a few minutes. I happened again tonight. I suddenly felt almost like I was going to faint. I sat down and put my head between my legs and took slow deep breaths. It passed in a few minutes. Odd that it was about the same time of day. any thoughts?

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to hypoglycemia or panic attacks or elevated blood pressure.
Consider getting your sugars checked and blood pressure monitored.
