What Does Dizziness Along With Headaches And Acid Reflux Indicate?

i missed my period its 9 days late i had one positive pregnancy tests, 7 negative, and a blood negative. about a year ago i lost my period for 3 months, i have been unsuccessful at conceiving for over a year. i had a child in may of 2016, i never got on birth control after the birth of my daughter, shes now 18 months old and im still not pregnant i have tracked my cycle and everything. in February 2012 i had a D&C, in 2013 i was outside one day and felt like my whole body was shutting down ever since that day ive had stomach problems, for a while everything i ate made my stomach hurt, my intestines swell up and often cause daily discomfort, ive had doctors tell me its an auto immune, ibs, or just celiac disease, but no doctor has had me tested for anything. 2 weeks after the birth of my daughter i was involved in a rape, that was extremely painful, and made me bleed again after my bleeding had stopped, but i never got checked out, and i bled for 4 weeks after that. everyday i get lightheaded, headaches, acid reflux, stomach discomfort, and nauseous. im making a doctors appointment with a new doctor tomorrow, but curiousity.

Hello,

I feel you are going through a lot of stress which is causing acid reflux. You need to follow some tips
1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or Omez or Rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow it regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit, catheter stays in place for up to six weeks to keep the incision open and allow complete drainage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
