Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have noticed an excessive soft tissue surrounding the opening of my vagina. I am able to put my finger in it to create a little hole but it always feels like am pressuring the tissue to move and it s quite uncomfortable when i do that. I haven t had sex before and am in my early twenties. Is this normal or its an infection?
There will be normal anatomical changes as you mature and unless there are any associated symptoms like vaginal discharge, burning while urinating and so on; I do not see any cause for concern.
Best wishes.
