What Does Delayed Menstrual Cycle Indicate Other Than Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, Last month i had got intimate with my partner but had not inserted. Post that i hd got my periods. But this month i still have not got my periods. Its 4 days off the date now. Is there anything to worry about because i have not had a delayed period or missed a period till date.

Dont worry,
Now only 4 days of missed period, wait little more.

If any possibility of conceive ,do urine for pregnancy test

If no pregnacy , and long time delayed period , consult with an gynaecologist for proper management.
