General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There are multiple parameters alteration in semen report, the chief ones being:
@ Actively motile less than 50 % means there would be problems for forward propulsion of the sperms in uterus reaching to fallopian tubes
@ High liquification time (beyond 30 minutes) means that more time is required to change the surrounding environment of the sperms inside the uterus from thick jelly to thin watery state in which it swims faster and smoother way.

Additional work up with testosterone level and testicle biopsy are best recommended for proceedings of this query discussion.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
