General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Arm pains may be related to some nerve compression in the neck especially it's related to weakness.

This what we call cervical spondylosis. It's common with increasing age.

Many times it need some pain killer and physiotherapy.

However, first, it should be properly diagnosed by examination and an MRI of the neck. So talk to your dr about it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
