Hi I have constant pain in my legs and a swelling on the back of my right knee,this morning I woke with horrendous stomach pains and feeling dizzy,I got out of bed to go to the toilet and next thing woke up on the floor went and sat down still had pains in my stomach then started with pains in my hands then it passed and I feel fine now,any idea what this could be please?
