General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having constant feeling of light headedness. You are taking antihistamine. Taking antihistamine can be a reason of feeling dizzy and fatigued, etc. You are suggested to take no sedating antihistamine to avoid dizziness. You can also stop taking antihistamine and just relax for a while. The symptoms should gradually go away.

Light headedness can be due to dehydration, take adequate amount of fluids and water. Make sure your vitals are normal. Low or very high blood pressure or low blood sugar may also cause dizziness. Maintain normal blood pressure and blood sugar level at all cost.

Get clinically examined by an ENT, to detect or rule out Vertigo. Vertigo also causes dizziness. Get the required tests, investigations and imaging tests done. If vertigo is diagnosed you will be accordingly treated. Keep away from any addiction, smoking, alcohol, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
