What Does Complete Opacification Of The Right Frontal Sinus Mean?

Hi I ve been having headaches for 5 weeks and I was sent fair an MRI which showed complete opification of the right frontal sinus. I have a ENT appointment in Feb but I m getting worse. Me headache pain has increased and I m now getting a rushing blood feeling when I stand up or sit down and pain at the base of my head/neck. I have been on antibiotics for infection but that has done nothing. Why am I feeling like this and what could this be caused from. I also have high blood pressure which I ve never suffered from before.

Thank you for your question on hcm
the findings suggest that you have an infection in the frontal sinus.the headache you are suffering from is due to the same reason.this can also cause heaviness in the head and facial pain.the permanent solution for this would be an endoscopic sinus surgery which would clear all the infection in the sinus ,antibiotics and pain killers would give you temporary relief but the sinus infection may persist and recur.hope this information was helpful
