What Does Collection Seen In Liver In Ultrasound Report Suggest?

ultra suound of my mother in which indicates that "collection seen around the lever" present feeling of mothers.
1.Not taking meal properly reduced upto 50%.
2.After some walk feels unrest and breathing congention.
3.Feels very uncumfort after using stairs.

1.There is collection noted around the liver means - ascities ( free fluid in the peritoneal cavity) even a minimum about of the fluid in the abdomen first seen around the liver ( Morrison's pouch)
2.According to the history and the findings suggest me there is a cardiac pathology as a first possible cause.
3.Vasculer / renal pathology could be other causes.
4.Suggest you to get a complete blood picture including liver function and kidney function tests. An ECG and echo cardiography will help to rule out cardiac pathology.
5.And a chest x-ray for the lung condition. Good luck.
