Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
These are typical symptoms of ischemic heart disease and it requires evaluation. This may indicate specific heart ischemic issues such as angina pectoris or heart arrithmias and this should be definitely evaluated by cardiologist and you need to do at least ECG, heart ultrasound and ergometry. Also, you should check your blood pressure and regulated body mass, avoid smoking. Other risk factors should be established and prevented but at this point serious issues must be ruled out and the need for invasive angiography discussed with doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
