What Does Chest Pain Along With Dizziness Indicate?
Hi I am looking after an elderly gentleman who is 83 with history of minor strokes, also diabetes. He had a pain in his chest, clammy forehead, feeling dizzy, says he does not feel well. He also has a pacemaker. His blood pressure was 153 over 100 and heartrate 53.

Here cardiac causes like ischemic disease or heart failure needs to be ruled out.
For that EKG should be done.
If EKG abnormal and need for echocardiography than 2D echocardiography done.
