Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain bumps on the back of the tongue can be due to inflamed circumvallate papillae and pain in throat and the inner ear are all due to throat infection..
The infection in throat can either be bacterial or viral in nature..
Many a times the infection can be viral but there can be secondary bacterial infection, therefore antibiotics are also advised..
You can take Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days.
For pain you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller Ibuprofen 400mg thrice a day.
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily.
Do warm saline gargles once you get relieved a bit with medicines.
Avoid hot,hard and spicy food.

You will gradually start feeling relieved in 3 to 4 days..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
