I have brown like flat strings in my stool. I am normally constipation and have been this way for years. My colonoscopy a couple of years ago came out normal. This thing has been happening for the last two weeks. I don t notice it every day but sometimes I have to take it out my self. I m 54 and weight 180 lbs and am only 5 1 . I keep telling my doctors I feel movement near my gall bladder but they say it s nothing and they don t find any think in the ultrasound. I do have a thick wall of sludge near my gall bladder and liver. The movement literrally feels like when a baby first starts to move. It s slight but you feel it. I know I m not crazy. I ve been feeling this for about 9 months. Lataely I ve been taking 3 heaping tsps of Metemucil for the last 3 weeks.
