Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear i can understand your concern
in my opinion you might be pre diabetic
is suggest you doing test called Hba1c% and GTT for further evaluation and discussion

i would like to tell you regarding diagnostic criteria of diabetes
the diagnosis of diabetes requires one of the following:

• A fasting glucose ≥ 126 mg/dL;

• A hemoglobin A1c level ≥ 6.5%;

• A random glucose level > 200 mg/dL in a markedly symptomatic patient(symptoms like increased urination,thirst,weight loss,blurred vision and non healing ulcers.

daily exercise for 45 min and control diet.
meet a dietitian for better advice.
i hope life style changes can revert back your prediabetes as you are very young
regards
