What Does Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate?
Assalamoalikum, this is irsa. I am very much worried bcz this is my first pregnancy and my last periods were n 20 dec 2013. Yesterda. I noticed a very little bleeding just like spotting so I.went to a doc she did ultrasound and told me that baby is only of 5.5 weeks with no heart beat. Kindly answer me what I have to do?

With your discription your baby growth is not appropriate according to your LMP.
Baby heart beat came around at 5-7 week.
In my opinion you can wait another one week and get your repeat ultrasonography test done to see the heart beat.
