Welcome to health care magic.

1.When bilatera ovaries shows multiple peripherally arranged follicles more than 8 in number and enlarged in size ( bulky).
2.In your case the size appears normal. And PCOD causes irregular cycles, weight gain, difficulty in conceiving, facial hair are the symptoms.
3.In this case treatment will be hormonal treatment.
4.Get the treatment for PCOD and strictly follow ovulation calendar.
5.That will help you to conceive. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
