What Does Bilateral Apical Pleural Thickening Indicate?

bilateral apicopleural thickening noted no active parenchymal infiltrates seen hila and the pulmonary vessels are within the normal limits the cardiac shadow is not enlarged the diaphgram , costophrenic sulci and mediastinum are intact mild dorsal dextroscoliosis noted impression / conclusion : normal carido-pulmonary findings mild dorsal dextrocoliosis what that means doc? thanks you

I really appreciate your concern, such radiological finding needs to be correlated with the clinical condition and other routine hemogrammes it may not be related with any disease hope this information helps.
