Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of extra flesh on the right side of the uvula which occurs mainly due to papillary hyperplasi and inflammation of uvula leading to uvulitis.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon once and get it examined completely. You should go for its removal if it is really troubling you. You should avoid intake of sharp and spicy food. You should maintain complete oral hygiene and take antiseptic mouthwash. If it is causing pain take Ibuprofen.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
