Hello, I read carefully your concern and understood your query. The normal range for TSH is between 0.5 to 4.5 mIU/ml. Your TSH is marginally elevated. This is Subclinical Hypothyroidism. In some circumstances, we have to start treatment like goitre, irregular menses, weight gain, constipation etc, on anti psychotic drugs, depression , elevated Anti TPO antibody titre.. I want to know about your weight, your family history, menstrual history and any other issue.. you mentioned that you had consulted dermatologist for laser hair removal.. this abnormal hair growth is only chin or any where else in your body also.. this is important for treatment and diagnosis...
