What Does Absence Of Heartbeats In The Fetus During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi! So I have recently gone to the ER (1 week ago) they did a internal ultra sound to look at the baby. The baby measured right on (7w2d) however where unable to find heartbeat. They diagnosed me with a miscarriage. I am having another ultra sound done Friday but wanna know what are my chances of the heart just not being detectable yet. I have had no bleeding and have a tilted uterus making it difficult to find baby to begin with.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. In this case most of the chances are that you had a miscarriage. Do even a b hcg test to see hormone levels. Maybe contractions will come later. You must consider visiting a gynecologist.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you. Best regards. Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
