well from your report, the ph 8 seems to be a bit on the higher side, which can be because of any mild infection....so not to worry much...
however the active motility is 25% which should be >32% according to world health organisation (WHO) guidelines...
also the pus cells seem to be a bit high which is probably because of some infection.....

i would suggest you to visit an INFERTILITY SPECIALIST and get his/her valuable advice....
