1.Those arteries generally shows triphasic flow pattern, but in your case its bi phasic.
2.It is seen in case of atherosclerotic changes when the arteries are calcified and cause stenosis (obstruction of the flow) and other systemic diseases also cause the narrowing of the vessels.
3.There is stenosis which is causing hemodynamic significant. ( it means it is obstructing the flow in such a way that there can be insufficient blood flow to the leg after the obstruction)
4.It can be treated by interventional procedure by dilatation of the vessels.
5.Or treating the systemic cause.
