What Does Abdominal Pain Along With Excessive Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hii..i am a 25 year old female with no problems of mesntrual history..like periods were alwz normal.. I had unprotes intercourse in 27 th april and my bf said he didnt come in me though he was drunk.. Nonetheless i took a emergency contraceptive pill next day (wpprox 22 hours latr).. I got bleeding within 3 days and it was like normal periods though a lottle excess..lasted for four days. I didnt get my regular periods in the month of may..my period dates are usually around 10-12th of a month..but i thought it was because i took the pill. I got periods around 16th june for 5 days like normal bleeding.. But again in the month of july i sidnt get bleeding..and the month is over now.. I didnt have any sex after 27th april.. What made me worry is i got a bit of spotting after i masturbated on my own in the month of july.. Its 30th july now and i didnt get any bleeding like normal periods though i m having pricking type of abdominal pain and i feel week like very lethargic.. Could i be preganant??or is it some hormoanl imbalance..i also be increased vaginal dischage..i have gained 2kgs..my breasts are hurting since past 4-5 days..and i do get mucus secretions during urination seen since past few days.

Hi
Tanks for posting on HCM
From your history, pregnancy does not seem likely even though it is a potential cause of the symptoms you present. The symptoms may also be caused by a pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) or an STI.I will suggest you take a pregnancy test though, see a Doctor for examination and work-ups if the test comes negative. You may need tests like a vaginal swap smear and other STI work-ups.A pelvic ultrasound may also help to identify the cause of irregular menses.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
