What Causes Abdominal Pain, Urinary Incontinence And Excessive Vaginal Discharge?

I have been suffering from abdominal pain and tenderness in a localized area,left lower abdomen, almost to my hip bone, Continuously with constant flares of pain, mucus in my stools, hard and hard to pass stool, urinary incontinence, more vaginal discharge than normal, and I can t seem to get enough sleep. I m absolutely terrified of going to the doctor but need help. Thanks so much for any advice. TNH

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen pain always demands the clinical examinations and investigations too and it is even more demanding it female patients, abdomen cavity contains many organs and all that may be doubtful, symptoms can be managed with antispasmodic but this is not the cure, in your case it could be ovarian pain, intestinal inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection, vague pain, it can be given try with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen till you go for investigation and clinical examination hope this information helps.
