Suggest treatment for urinary incontinence and abdominal pain

I had severe abdominal pain and frequent urinating so I contacted d gynaecologist buh was given prescription of some drugs cus the doc said it s pelvic inflammatory infection. A day before I started the medication I started having cheesy vaginal discharge buh two days taking my drugs d discharge has reduced but i feel this burning in my vagina and it s red too.

We have to rule out any fungal infection, so it need to be examined. Culture of the vaginal discharge should be done. Based on that we can decide on the choice of antibiotic.
