What Does Abdominal Bloating Along With Constipation And Nausea Indicate?

I ovulated late this month, and had unprotected sex while i was ovulating. I have felt bloated, constipated, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, cramping, sore nipples, sore breasts, back pain, and flutters in my uterus. I had light pink spotting 7 days ago, which was 4 days after i had unprotected sex. Could i be pregnant? If not, what could be the problem?

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern. Constipation itself can cause bloating, nausea and vomiting. Spotting of blood after 4 days of ovulation does not carry any relevant suggestion. Sore nipples & breast, backache or flutters in uterus are too early to be noted. Can suggest but do not confirm pregnancy. When you had unprotected sex around your ovulation day, there is a possibility of conception but it would be confirmed after blood HCG test around expected date of menses or by home pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods.
