What Does A Small Lump Behind The Neck Indicate?
My 20 year old daughter had a small bump a little larger than a pea on the back right side of her neck this morning, now she has 3 more, one on the other side of the back of her neck, one up a little higher and one behind her ear. They are not painful.

Your daughters that several neck swelling are most likely lymph node.
Lymph node swollen during any infection like , viral, influeza, bacterial, &others,
May be your daughter suffering from flu,/sore throat/Respiratory infection.(You didnt mention)
