General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This sharp sensation from belly button to your vagina seems to be related to possible uro-genital infection. I think it's time to get checked by gynecologist and run abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound, plus urine analysis. Discuss this further with your caring gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
