What Does A Red Spot On Iris Indicate?

Hi. I have a red spot on the iris of my eye. I only just noticed it, and don t think it was there before. I cannot know for sure because it is so small (less than a mm). Then I noticed a smaller one in the iris of my other eye. I have green eyes. I noticed when I was doing eye makeup in a well lit room. The spots are not raised and seem to be in the iris. I am scared that it is something horrible!

nothing toworry. keep it under observation. if size increases then the treatment may be necessory. it is only a pigment may be melanin looks red because of green colour of eye. so just to be kept under observation.
