Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. The rash can be related to herpes zoster virus. Some advice that I can give to you about the treatment are : -do not scratch the skin where the rash is located -After diagnosis and appropriate treatment, apply cool tap-water compresses -Keep the area clean with mild soap and water. -use antiviral creams for local relief
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
