What Does A Rash On Skin Along With Fever In A Child Indicate?

My daughter has had a rash for 4 days we have been to the doctor 2 times and she has been prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid ointment, and an antibiotic ointment none are working or making a difference. She has a fever but otherwise is acting normal and playing eating laughing etc. I am concerned because when I press a glass against the rash it does not go away.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if the rash is due to allergic condition only then no need to give antibiotic but this can be best managed with oral antihistamine alone and best option would be "Diphenhydramine" try this and be patience everything would be fine, take care.
