Hi,

You need to get it reviewed by a surgeon. Though it can be lipoma or some skin cyst but local examination, and ultrasound of swelling if doubtful, and if unremarkable then biopsy may be needed for histopathological examination to know nature of swelling and to rule out any possibility of neoplastic growth.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
