my daughter has a rash about the size of a dime on the top of her butt crack. its slightly puffy & red w/ little white dots all over that look like tiny pimples. It also feels hot and very hard It doesn t itch but hurts when she sits down and she she reports it feels like a spider bite

This could be a bite of some kind. Use some antibiotic cream on it and try to get her not to scratch it. If it is enlarging or getting redder with pus then it may be getting infected. If that happens you should take her to a doctor.
