I have a red spot on my back that almost looks like a burn and it hurts and stings quite a bit. I have tried using some anti itch cream for a couple days now and it seems to just not be healing or getting better at all. What should I do? and how did this happen
Perhaps it is either a fungal infection or eczematous dermatitis. Differentiation would require a physical examination, therefore, I suggest you visit a Dermatologist in your region for the needful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
