What Does A Painful Cyst Between The Buttocks Indicate?

I have a cyst on my buttcrack and its very painful almost too painful to sit down. Ive tried bathing in extremely hot water with Ebsom salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Nothing has changed but the pain level. I even had my fiance look at it and he took a picture it hasnt formed a head but I cant take the pain any longer. By the way this is my second cyst there in a year. What should do. Surgery again maybe?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
The cysts in that area develop as a reaction to ingrown hairs or hairs embedded in the skin.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Warm Compresses
To get relief from the severe pain, applying warm compresses to the affected area is very effective.
-. Tea Tree Oil is another very effective remedy for this painful problem.
This oil has healing and curative powers in the form of antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, which can keep an infection at bay.
-. Apple Cider Vinegar.Mix 2 or 3 teaspoons of organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in ½ cup of warm water. Soak a cotton ball in this solution and place it directly on the affected area for about 1 minute. Repeat this remedy 3 or 4 times daily for a few days.
-Epsom salt
-Apply Castor oil
-Apply Garlic
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
