What Does A Painful Bruise Below The Shoulder Indicate?
Below the shoulder, I guess possibly shoulder blade, looks like a bruise, red bruise looking thing. Discoloration, redish. I m thinking its a popped blood vessel. Its a little sore, doesn t hurt when I touch it Some red marks on top of my shoulder. Trying to figure out what it might be.

As per your description it seems like a minor bruises or contusion developed due to some undetected fall or injury. Nothing much to worry as it will settle by it own even without any treatment.
